You will work as a sourcing coordinator whom will be identifying and selecting the best vendors for our company

Job Description

  • Develop & contribute to the strategy and planning of activities within region. Analyzes current sourcing strategies and propose improvements
  • Supplier selection, negotiation, management
  • Secure cost competitiveness by organizing the optimal vendor pool, and selecting suppliers who provide the good quality and best price conditions through competition
  • Data Entry
  • Provide the information to determine the best price by searching the competitive price through analysis of market price and cost, and conducting negotiation with suppliers
  • Responsible for the supplier relationship management in his/her area of responsibility, ensuring mutually beneficial supplier relationships and collaboration at all organizational levels
  • Responsible for contract management: contract development, approval, implementation and maintenance.
  • Managing supply risk for his/her area, and supporting escalated supply issues resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement for purchasing related activities

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate status, issues and risks
  • General financial skills/knowledge
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Minimum 01-02 years experiences in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, prefer candidates worked for MNCs
  • Proven success in driving supplier cost, quality and delivery performance improvement programs.
  • Working time 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
  • Able to commit minimum full time minimum 03 months
  • No travel is required
