About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced sales talents to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives within targeted contribution margin & sales at the Food Service channel. To own the budget, make sure that all activities run within the budget and business is profitable.
  • Grow Share of Market within core categories through products availability, visibility, activations, and strong route to market routines.
  • Accountable for sales forecasts and customer service level synchronization within scope.
  • Develop Food Service strategies and Route to Market in order to support Food Service growth with agreed objectives and executions (a commercial agreement, promotions, point of sales materials, and product availability and visibility).
  • Ensure best-in-class execution of food service sales activities. Implement strict control of agreed planning between HAI and customers through the cycle planning process, apply sales forecasting and service level for respective accounts/ area.
  • Inspire, develop, manage and lead the team. Review and drive team performance, coach and develop future career planning.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor degree required at least with any major.
  • 8 years minimum of exceptional work experience in Food Service
  • Strong leadership capabilities and people-performance management.
  • Solid experience in leading and managing top-tier distributors (experience in Go-To-Market strategy and distributor set-up is a bonus).
  • Basic Food Service Sales (trade segmentation, execution standards, retail dynamics, competitive playgrounds, distributor management, promo effectiveness). Route to Market knowledge and capabilities.
  • Sufficient project management skills. 
  • Proactive, assertive, persistent, and empowering people
