The Head of Sales is responsible for maximising sales revenue across the company’s suite of digital advertising products and programmatic platform. Dealing primarily with media agencies and publishers, you will be tasked to structure commercial deals at a local level.
As a sales leader, you will come with prior experience in managing and growing a successful sales team. Given your years of expertise and strong network of connections, you will be acquiring new businesses and growing existing accounts across the Indonesian market.
- Minimum 10 years of business development or sales experience in digital advertising or the programmatic space
- 5 years of management experience
- Good understanding of digital and programmatic industry in Jakarta
- Good network with media agencies, agency trading desks and direct clients
- A proven track record of leading and growing teams
- Solid negotiation skills, and business and financial acumen
