Job Description

Your tasks will consist of:

  • Participate in and deliver client training
  • Participate to small and large projects on client site
  • Support clients implement new Global Accounting modules
  • Support clients upgrade to the latest version of Global Accounting and assist with
    • System testing of new features
    • Follow up with development support on software defects 
  • transitioning of funds/registers onto the Multifonds systems)
  • Participate in strategic or clients driven projects
  • Support the clients daily business needs ensuring a quick turnaround
  • Support pre sales function 
  • In addition from time to time depending on business needs you will need to work on the Multifonds Global Accounting system to support the product development: 
    • Review and analysis of Business Requirement Documents (BRD’s)
    • Subsequent review and analysis of the Functional Requirement Documents (FRD’s)
    • Identification of functionality gaps and complete project to close gaps
    • Drafting and testing of test scripts
    • Document system enhancements 

Your education 

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting or general business with a strong accounting background

Your profile

  • Experience 3 – 5 years within the Asian funds industry or a large consultancy firm
  • Knowledge of the Multifonds Global Accounting system is preferred(although full system training will be provided)
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way
  • Ability to work on own initiative and adhere to deadlines; be flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (good communication in Mandarin is a plus)
