You will work as a recruiter whom will be doing daily CVs screening, Interviewing, and other duties under our corporate Talent Management strategy

Job Description


Recruitment (80%)

  • Understanding the recruitment needs of departments in the Company

  • Planning and effective recruitment solutions

  • Ensure the number and time of recruitment of positions

  • Coordinate recruitment events: job fair, seminar, workshop ...

  • Exiting: Assess performance of new employees and conduct exit interviews, reviewing and improving the recruitment process.

Training (15%)

  • Assist Manager in delivering training courses as training timeline 

  • Support logistics arrangements as required

Others( 5%)

  • Making Report quarterly/ monthly/ weekly

  • Perform any other HR related tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must

  • Minimum 01-02 years experiences  in HR, recruitment, prefers  experience working with sales team.

  • Prefer candidates worked for MNCs

  • Understanding Vietnamese Labour Law

  • Working time 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

  • Able to commit minimum full time minimum 03 months
