Job Description

We're Qudos Bank. Previously known as Qantas Credit Union, we've been in banking for 60 years with a full range of retail banking products including credit cards, home loans, personal loans and saving accounts. 


The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management team in implementing & maintaining the Project Management framework and associated processes for Qudos Banks programs and projects. Reporting into the Business Services Manager, this role will also be responsible for the day to day coordination and support of project activities across all business departments.



  • Coordinate and support Project Management activities and related work requests from programs and projects;
  • Perform quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with standards and methodologies;
  • Develop and support the Project Management toolset including framework development, training materials, resource planning, etc.;
  • Draft, maintain and coordinate project plans, schedules and project registers
  • Produce regular reports, minutes and dashboards
  • Assist with budget forecasting and reconciliation
  • Assist with benefits tracking, monitoring and reporting
  • Assist with Vendor Management activities  
  • All other tasks as directed by management


  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar environment 
  • Proven Project Management coordination experience and knowledge of project management
  • Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management
  • Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced project scheduling experience including use of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
